I celebrated my 300th match with an away trip to watch the England Women away in Crete. A solid in unexciting performance from the Lionesses saw them win 3-1 on their road to Brazil 2027. The weather was warm and the 0% beer was cold. The atmosphere was quiet despite the best efforts of Basil. The Pancretan is the same age as Wembley but is weathering a little bit worse. England are making progress with 2 new Lionesses capped tonight in the shape of Grace Fisk and Meg Parkinson. Congrats.
